Prayer Support
Prayer is the backbone and the life source of the ministry. We need
people who will pray regularly for the ministry. If you would like to
receive our monthly prayer bulletin, "PrayerLines"
by email, please
contact the office.
Financial Support
Rising Above is a registered charity and is funded by private
donations. We do not receive government funding. Would you consider
making a financial contribution to Rising Above?
Gifts may be designated to the specific needs below:
- General Fund
- Daren George's support
- Terry Martin's support
- Annual Conference Fund
If no designation is made your gift will go to the
General Fund. Spending of funds is confined to board approved programs
and projects. Each contribution designated towards a board approved
program or project will be used as designated, with the understanding
that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot
be completed for any reason determined by the board, the remaining
restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be
used where needed most.
We also need financial partners who will contribute on a monthly
basis. Your valuable monthly contribution towards our ongoing general
expenses will enable us to see God’s purposes for the ministry
fulfilled.

- With this authorization, and
from the information recorded on your cheque, we will process all
future monthly donations automatically until otherwise directed.
- In the event of canceling or changing a monthly donation, please
notify the office two weeks in advance.
- Donations by Visa or Mastercard.
 We're using
CanadaHelps for online processing of credit card payments.
CanadaHelps is a registered charity that processes secure, online
donations on behalf of Canada’s 80,000+ registered charitable
organizations. Within minutes of making a donation, you will receive
an official electronic tax receipt emailed to you. Your credit card
will be charged by CanadaHelps not Rising Above. For your convenience,
the CanadaHelps.org Web site allows you to select staff or other
designations as you make your contribution.
